Proprietress Tiffany Boaldin grew up on a Kansas ranch. She learned cooking, baking and canning, using ingredients from the ranch and nearby farms. Miss Boaldin attended Oklahoma State University and graduated with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts.
Now she combines down-home traditions and her talents to make comfort food specialties including Johnny’s Black Box Meatloaf Sandwich, and fine food items like and Blackened Filet with Betty’s Red Pepper Jelly.
All items feature ingredients from her organic garden or local farmers. Prices are compatible to conventional caterers.
