Chester Woodward built a castle-style house for his wife, Frederica, in 1923. Now that home is a completely restored chateau that serves as The Woodward Inns on Fillmore main house, providing luxury accommodations, homemade breakfasts and evening desserts.
Along the same block The Woodward Inns has extended lodgings including houses and apartment buildings, to offer options for families, corporate groups, or extended stays.
The Woodward features include large rooms with private baths, WiFi, large porches, access to the historic library and a lap pool. The Woodward chateau is ideal for weddings, parties, and events.
