Meet local artists at the Discovery Center

Observe pottery, jewelry -making, drawing, painting and filmmaking in action  at “Meet the Makers,” March 19th-23rd at the Flint Hills Discovery Center, 315 S. 3rd St. in Manhattan Kansas. During this week, local artists set up shop in the atrium to demonstrate their work and to answer questions.

Admission to “Meet the Makers” is free.

Folks are welcome to continue inside the Discovery Center at regular admission to enjoy permanent and traveling exhibits, for example the Horizon Ranch Flint Hills Immersive Experience Theater to experience the Flint Hills through all your senses, the Butterfly House, and the traveling exhibit Rainforest Adventure.
