“The library is the community’s living room,” says Carol Wohlford, the Eudora Public Library Director. That is the attitude she and staff maintain as they assist patrons in accessing favorite books, and in using library computers or iPads.
     Library staff prompt folks to read by hosting fun programs for kids and for adults that feature book suggestions and prizes.
     They also host events including ice cream socials and theme parties. During warm seasons some events are held on the library lawn, or across the street in CPA Park.
