A refreshing Wine Cocktail
When I asked the fine people at The House of Glunz for a refreshing summer cocktail recipe, they recommended this:
Summer Wine Cocktail
---1 1/2 oz. Clement Creole Shrubb liqueur d'orange
--- 3 oz. sparkling wine
--- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
--- lime or lemon peels**
Combine the liqueur, sparkling wine, orange bitters and ice in a cocktail shaker.
Important: Stir, don't shake.
O yes, don't be quoting James Bond. When making this delicious potable, the mantra is "Stirred not shaken."
This so not to lose the sparkling wine bubbles.
Serve in a flute glass, and garnish with lime or lemon peels.
